First Group The Palace All-Suite, Durban

The Palace is situated in an ideal location with stunning beach views and easy access to the shore, making it perfect for beach lovers. The staff was friendly and eager to help, although I had some issues with my room reservation and parking charges during my stay. The lift situation was a bit inconvenient, especially with long waits due to load shedding. Overall, I had a wonderful holiday despite these hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the special Old Brown Cherry chilled drinks that made me feel instantly welcome. The check-in process was a breeze, and the views from the room were absolutely stunning. However, I did encounter some issues with my room not being cleaned promptly and an air conditioning problem. Overall, the experience was great, and I can’t wait to return!
